What is your typical process for working with a new customer? If possible, we hold an onboarding meeting with a new client in-person. Getting to know one another better and show a trusting relationship. If face-to-face isn’t an option, we set up a virtual meeting well ahead of time.
During the meeting, We then start by briefly reviewing client project details, and answer or clarify any lingering questions. Ensure that our client, along with any relevant project stakeholders, are familiar with Skwnapp creative services (www.creative.skwnapp.com) and how to get in touch with us. Vice versa, we take some time to learn how our client works best and their ideal contact method.
